Ticket Information

Ticket Sales begin July 1: Payment for orders will be processed at the time the order is received but orders will not be ticketed until after July 1. A refund will be issued if we are unable to fill your order.

IMPORTANT: Tickets cannot be ordered or held without payment. Orders that do not include the appropriate service charge, or that are inaccurate or incomplete, will be delayed.

Ticket Availability: Seat availability can be viewed on the Women's Council of Baton Rouge website at http://www.wcgbr.com

Where to Buy Tickets: Tickets can be purchased at any WCGBR Meeting or picked up at 1500 Lobdell Avenue. Ticket orders can be mailed with a check or money order payment. Tickets can also be purchased through the WCGBR website with a major credit card using PayPal.

Pick up Office Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Friday 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Starting in July, tickets can be picked up if you wish; otherwise tickets will be mailed to the address provided on the order form. Phone (225) 928-4193 if you wish to arrange pick up of your tickets.

Handling Fee: A $2.50 handling fee per TICKET or 15.00 handling fee per FULL TABLE is applied for all internet/PayPal orders. A $2.50 handling fee per ORDER is applied if tickets are purchased by check and the tickets are mailed. No handling fee is charged if tickets are picked up at office (1500 Lobdell Avenue) or any WCGBR meeting and paid for by check or cash. Orders received without payment or appropriate handling fee will not be processed.

Refunds & Cancellations: There are no refunds unless WCGBR cancels the event. The event will proceed regardless of weather.

Lost/Stolen Tickets: Sorry, lost or stolen tickets are the purchaser's responsibility and cannot be replaced.

General Information

Seating (Boudreaux's): Total capacity, 350.

Reserved Tables: Reserved tables are available for purchases of 10 tickets when purchased together. Table names will be prominently displayed. Other reserved seating is available on first come, first served basis.
